Here’s the latest video on my YouTube channel. As promised, here is Albert Tan, KL Academy of Polo’s strength and conditioning trainer, demonstrating what has been termed ‘the world’s greatest stretch.’
It’s called the World’s Greatest Stretch because this rotational stretch works your hips, glutes, t-spine, chest, shoulders and neck. It should increase your flexibility and improve your riding and polo hitting.
Albert is a qualified fitness coach, specialising in sports performance training. Albert, Natasha and I have been working videos together and we will be rolling out quite a few more in the next few weeks and months. Please subscribe to my YouTube channel so that you will be informed when we post new videos there.
We hope that you will enjoy these videos, and that they will help you improve your riding and polo.
